Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your item(s), please return your items using the return address on your original order. Once your order has been received you will have the option to get a store credit or exchange. We do not accept refunds. To receive full store credit for your item you must be in accordance with the following: 

• Item must be returned and received within 30 days of the delivery date. 
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags. 
• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or wear. 
• Bodysuits, undergarments, and leggings are non-refundable
• SOI does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost for your return.
  
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. Items reported after the allotted time will not be issued store credit. 
• All returns must include the original packing slip to ensure processing. 
• Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
